Repairs and complete overhauls for gearboxes

on-site failure analysis with damage analyses and professional reports
organizing material and oil analyses, CNC re-measuring of parts (gears, housings, ...)
discussing and recommending the approach and actions required for repair, in close cooperation with our customers

For new gearboxes we provide

A complete development process, from the first draft and the customer ́s specifications through to the complete design process, prototypes, testing up to the serial production including all documentations for all kinds of industrial applications (including hydro-power, rope-ways / ski lifts, cranes and special-purpose vehicle applications) such as custom-built single units (special unique applications, prototypes) as well as custom-built gearbox series.
We are there for our customers in cases where serial gearboxes are not available or are unusable for many reasons, such as special operating conditions (special mechanical sealing units with labyrinths, cooling systems, heaters etc.), extra required lifespan and functional safety or limited accessibility during operation
Our engineers are highly experienced thanks to both our training and their previous employment with well-known Czech gearbox manufacturers of railways, extrusion, ropeways and mixers.
Our customers profit from our long-term approved network of Czech and other more eastern suppliers. This is one factor that enables us to offer even single units at competitive prices.

Spare parts for gearboxes

We offer our customers OEM independent, custom-made, re-constructed spare parts (gears, gear wheel pairs, planetary stages with welded carriers, spare housing parts in welded design, ...).

This is interesting in situations where the original spare parts are no longer available, or they are too expensive, have unacceptably long delivery times or are not available separately, because of the spare part policies of OEMs.
